Avokati serb Çedomir Stojkoviq ka bërë të ditur se prokurori publik në Nish ka ngritur aktakuzë ndaj Nikola Sanduloviq, kryetar i Partisë Republikane të Serbisë, një ditë pasi ai u rrah brutalisht nga BIA serbe për shkak të homazheve në Prekaz dhe kërkim-faljes për krimet serbe të kryera në Kosovë.

Sipas tij, e njëjta urdhëroi edhe arrestimin e politikanit serb.

“Këtu mund të shihni vendimin/urdhrin e Prokurorit të Lartë Publik nga Nishi për arrestimin e Nikola Sanduloviqit për: “Në rrjetin social X ka postuar se ka vendosur lule mbi varret e shqiptarëve në Kosovë”. Putin arreston dhe rreh rusët nëse vendosin lule për ukrainasit e vdekur. Vuçiq arreston dhe rrah serbët nëse vendosin lule mbi varret e shqiptarëve. Serbi = Bjellorusi. Aleksandar Vuçiq = Slobodan Milosheviq. Putin = mjeshtër i Serbisë. Nata është e errët dhe plot tmerre… Dhe mobilizimi në Serbi po afron…”, ka shkruar Stojkoviq.
